Vikis does not directly collect personal data from users. However, the App receives participant names from Kisanet for competition display purposes. This information is stored in the Vikis database.
When you use the App to record and upload videos, these videos are stored on our third-party video hosting service. The videos may contain images of individuals, but we do not collect or store identifying information about the people appearing in the videos separately from the video content itself.
The App may automatically collect anonymous crash reports and technical diagnostic information to help us improve app performance and stability. This data does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify individual users.

Submitted videos are retained for two weeks after upload, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Video content is shared publicly through the App for competition broadcasting purposes, as intended by the service. Videos are transmitted to a wide audience without geographical, age, or other restrictions.
By using the App to record and upload videos, you warrant that you have obtained permission from all individuals appearing in the videos to distribute the video content through the Vikis service.
The Vikis App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
